Acyclonine MUM™, with its patented delivery process, aids in the management of, and for the temporary relief of, symptoms that may be associated with Acute and Chronic Oral Mucosal Ulcerations, Oral Mucositis, Aphthous Ulcers, and ulcerative lesions.

Initial order of Acyclonine MUM requires a copy of doctors state medical license, NPI Identifier, and a signed Prescriber’s-Credentialing Statement. Within 72 hours of medical license validation you will receive a call or email to finalize your order. The credentialing validation process only needs to be completed for the initial order.

Warnings
If irritation develops, this medicine should be discontinued. This medication contains a corticosteroid; monitor your patient for HPA axis suppression if prolonged therapy is needed. Do not use if your patient experiences severe or troublesome adverse reactions, becomes pregnant or intends to become pregnant, or breastfeeds.
Precautions
Do not prescribe this medication if your patient has any hypersensitivities to dyclonine, acyclovir, or triamcinolone. Do not use if the patient has an active fungal or bacterial infection of the mouth or throat. A reduced dosage of dyclonine may be required in elderly patients and children.
Possible Side Effects
As reported for the individual active ingredients per scientific literature. Burning; itching; irritation; dryness; erythema; pain; stinging; blistering or peeling not present prior to therapy; perioral dermatitis; allergic contact dermatitis; maceration of the oral mucosa; hives; aphthous ulcers; secondary infection; atrophy of the oral mucosa; HPA axis suppression with systemic absorption; cardiovascular events with high plasma levels of dyclonine hydrochloride upon excessive dosage or rapid absorption; myocardium depression; hypotension; hypertension; bradycardia; cardiac arrest; drowsiness; convulsions; apprehension; euphoria; confusion; tinnitus; double vision; vomiting; twitching; sensations of heat; respiratory depression; respiratory arrest; nervousness, with excessive dosing; dizziness; blurred vision; tremors; diarrhea; nausea; sore gums.
Directions For Use:
Keeping bottle upright rotate the arm to the required angle to deliver powder directly to the affected area. If needed use a mirror to insure the proper angle of the arm. Spray 1 or 2 sprays to the affected area 3 to 4 times per day or as directed by your oral care provider. 30 Day Supply.
